The Marketing Lab Report is a flat fee (our lowest barrier to entry). For a single practice it’s $850 and we’d need to chat if you work with a DSO to fully understand the scope. From there, ongoing services like Local Practice Growth or Fractional CMO are customized based on your size, needs, and goals. We’ll always be transparent about pricing upfront, and you’ll know exactly what you’re getting before you commit. Best of all, our costs are almost always lower than hiring in-house marketing talent, while still giving you access to high-level expertise.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We don’t believe in locking practices into long-term contracts. You should stay with us because you want to, not because you’re stuck in a 12-month agreement. Most of our clients choose to continue because they see real results—but if at any point you feel it’s not a fit, you’re free to walk away.

How quickly will I see results?

That depends on where we start. Many of the “quick wins” we recommend in the Lab Report—like fixing your Google profile, updating your website forms, or improving review responses—can lead to immediate results within weeks. Larger strategies like SEO, paid ads, or scaling across multiple locations are longer-term plays, usually showing traction within 3–6 months.
